The South Carolina Department of Public Safety announces that the Scout 175 Sportfish boat will be on display from 9:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. Friday, May 23, at the following location where motorists may register to Buckle Up to Win:

York Welcome Center: I-77 at the Fort Mill (SC/NC state line) Welcome Center.
